• Bachelor Degree - A degree holder at the minimum from ranked university, specializing in economics, accounting, business administration, finance and engineering or CFA level 1.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Innovative with excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills.
• A keen interest in the activity and development of the capital markets, especially in Malaysia.

• Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in investment analysis or related experience.

• To assist to execute the marketing efforts of ECM to secure mandates ie. pitchbook.
• Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to execute mandates ie. Internal papers and presentation materials.
• Nurture relationships with clients, and counterparts in other ECM houses.
• To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group.
• To ensure efficient and timely execution of mandates according to datelines.
• To ensure work undertaken by the department is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements.
• To build a database on the Equity Capital Market transactions and deals parameters.
