Job requirements- 7–10 years of experience in innovation, corporate strategy, consulting, product development, or digital transformation, preferably within financial services.
- Proven track record leading innovation projects or strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, and Business Model Canvas.
- Passionate about driving change, embracing emerging technologies, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, from opportunity assessment to prototyping and execution.
- Facilitate strategic ideation sessions, co-creation workshops, and pilot programs with business units and partners.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to navigate governance, compliance, and risk requirements.
- Track KPIs and report performance insights for innovation projects to senior management.
- Champion a culture of innovation through capability-building, knowledge-sharing, and engagement initiatives across the Group.
- Build partnerships with fintechs, accelerators, academic institutions, and technology providers to source and test innovative solutions.
- Develop and present business cases, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for selected innovation initiatives.
- Conduct deep research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, evolving customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
